Deep Connections
Stretch. Breathe. Find your deep connection. Open the upper back & shoulders, strengthen the quads and glutes then stretch. Get the heart pumping... you will see how! Then, a breathing exercise to clear the space around you. Ending with seated twists and supported bridge (try different variations). Bring a block and strap with you.

Unreal!
Props you will need: all the stories, conversations, situations, aggitations, joyous and sad situations you can muster. Bring all of these things with you to your yoga mat. Then, begin this chair class. Physically we focus on the back and strengthening the hips. You will build muscle and balance through asanas (poses), ending with nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). Work at your ability and HAVE FUN!! Core Builder
This class is great for building a strong foundation at your core. At the same time this can be challenging for our right/left brain. We do some different (fun!) stuff in this one, not your traditional core work. Class begins with a poem and I recommend you lay down and soak it up. You will work in this class and please do what you can. Remember that whatever you do...it is enough! Helpful tip ~ about half way through we lift the legs and start crossing them. Place your hands under your low back it will help. HAVE FUN strengthening your beautiful body!

"Breaking All the Rules"
This is a chair yoga class with standing postures. We start with gentle twists and then a right brain left brain challenge. The second half of the class has you standing working on - half moon and triangle poses. We end with a little more twisting and meditation. Think out of the box and safely work up to holding poses longer. Even longer than I suggest in the video. Please, have fun!
