Props you will need: all the stories, conversations, situations, aggitations, joyous and sad situations you can muster. Bring all of these things with you to your yoga mat. Then, begin this chair class. Physically we focus on the back and strengthening the hips. You will build muscle and balance through asanas (poses), ending with nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). Work at your ability and HAVE FUN!!
