Energy Sessions – In person, fully clothed you relax on the massage table as I unblock and restore your energy. Sessions are 1 hour (but honestly end up being more depending on what your energy needs). During our time together you will receive maximum benefit the more open you are to let go and receive.
Energy Clearing - for People, Pets (from a distance) and your home or office (in person)
Relax back while the residue is cleared. From a distance, Krystal will clear your energy and energy around you. Sessions are typically 30 minutes. There is no need to set any intentions, just simply be.
Energy is invisible yet we feel foggy, unclear, agitated, hesitant, anxious, confused, etc and we just don’t know why. Often times, we do not need to know why. After having an energy clearing one could experience feeling more clear, certain, relaxed, confident and able to live with peace and operate from a sense of ease.
Have you ever walked into a room, attended an event, gone to the grocery, walked past someone on the street and felt “off” or “not at ease”? What you just experienced was simply “energy” that was not yours but someone else’s. And it can stick to you. One does not need to know why, who, where, or how you acquired this type of energy. One can just be cleared and the dis-ease you were feeling dissipates. The decision you were having trouble making easily gets made. Understanding is restored. Compassion is felt. You come back to being “yourself” once again. Simply and subtly you just feel better.
